Therapy

Alesha Perkins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience helping adults navigate life’s emotional challenges with compassion, clarity, and support.

She specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, and major life transitions related to career, health, relationships, and personal growth. Alesha is especially passionate about supporting women in corporate and high-pressure environments who often feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or weighed down by workplace stress, bias, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome.

Through a supportive and judgment-free approach, Alesha helps clients:

  • Build confidence and emotional resilience
  • Reduce stress and burnout
  • Improve emotional well-being
  • Navigate difficult life transitions
  • Create healthier boundaries
  • Reconnect with themselves and their goals
  • Develop tools to manage anxiety

Her goal is to help clients feel empowered, balanced, emotionally supported, and more in control of their lives.

What to expect?

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space. In our first session, I’ll start by getting to know what brings you to therapy and exploring your current concerns, as well as any important background that will help me understand your experiences more fully.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to gain a clear picture of your needs, and we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy—whether that’s reducing stress or anxiety, navigating a life transition, improving work-life balance, or simply gaining more clarity and direction. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered.
